混膠機控制出膠量的有效方式
濟南雙組份打膠機在更換膠管時，注意不要把空氣引入到膠體通道中。如果膠管中有空氣殘留，而你又確定空氣沒有通過膠管進入灌膠泵中。針對灌膠系統(tǒng)：排膠要有足夠時間，使新膠管中的膠體順利流出灌膠頭，確認(rèn)灌膠閥的壓力和速度按照理想狀態(tài)設(shè)定。然后測定膠體流速，直連續(xù)兩次測量結(jié)果的誤差在正負(fù) 2% 范圍以內(nèi)。
