雙組份打膠機的日常操作說明
1、雙組份打膠機基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱賽泵，雙向等量供料，基料泵由液壓系統驅動，固化劑泵由氣動馬達驅動。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤，充分保證高黏度流體的滿腔輸送，基料壓入并增高高壓，固化劑壓入并增壓，再送比例泵，固化劑的流量由調比機構調節，二種組份同時送入混合器，充分混合后到達擠膠槍。

2、 固化劑過濾器下端出口及混合器進料處均設有高壓球閥，沖膠泄壓用，混合器上設有單向針閥，雙組份打膠機不但使混膠更加均勻，而且防止兩種組份互竄。

3、雙組份打膠機氣動型主要有基料泵、固化劑泵、比例泵、基料泵升降系統、調比結構、混膠結構、氣動系統、液壓系統及電氣系統組成。

4、升降系統采用手動轉閥控制，兩種組份的比例調節，可通過調整滑塊在擺動桿上的位置來改變。
