雙組份點膠機和雙液點膠機的區(qū)別
自動點膠機，屬于一款封裝的大型點膠設備，廣泛應用于電子產(chǎn)品、汽車產(chǎn)品，LED戶外照明產(chǎn)品，工藝品產(chǎn)品等等。自動點膠機又可以根據(jù)性能用途分為幾大類，今天所說的主要是雙組份自動點膠機和雙液點膠機兩者之間的區(qū)別。

a.雙組份點膠機，專門為解決環(huán)氧樹脂、聚胺脂等AB膠水、雙組份膠水、多組分流體自動混合和定量點膠而研發(fā)的點膠機。在LED戶外照明、水晶工藝品、防水設備、led電子得到廣泛使用，既節(jié)省原材料時間，又減少浪費，還可以提高生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)及工作效益。
a. Two component dispensing machine is specially developed to solve the automatic mixing and quantitative dispensing of AB glue, two-component glue and multi-component fluid such as epoxy resin and polyurethane. b.雙液點膠機，專門為解決AB膠水、雙組份膠水、多組分流體自動混合和定量點膠而研發(fā)的點膠機。雙液點膠機是自動點膠機中的其中一個分支，與單組份點膠機相并列。雙液點膠機適用于各種AB膠水、雙組份或者多組分液體等,包括AB膠，雙組份膠水，AB環(huán)氧樹脂灌封膠。當然了，對于普通氣動AB雙液點膠機來說，A膠和B膠的濃稠度不能相差太大比例一般也不能超過1:5以上，否則膠水比較難混合均勻的。

Double liquid dispensing machine is one branch of automatic dispensing machine, which is parallel to single component dispensing machine. The double liquid dispensing machine is suitable for all kinds of AB glue, two-component or multi-component liquid, including AB glue, two-component glue and ab epoxy resin potting glue. Of course, for ordinary pneumatic AB double liquid dispensing machine, the consistency of glue a and glue B shall not differ too much, and the proportion generally shall not exceed 1:5, otherwise the glue is difficult to mix evenly.
可以看出，雙液點膠機和雙組份點膠機其實就是一類產(chǎn)品，由于膠水的性質(zhì)而得名，能夠適應雙組份的膠水混合配比點膠，與一般的單組份膠水點膠機相比較多出來了一部分部件，控制器和出膠閥等控制膠水出膠量。
