雙組份打膠機(jī)安裝的順序是怎樣的
1、雙組份打膠機(jī)設(shè)備應(yīng)安裝在干燥、無(wú)粉塵、無(wú)腐蝕性氣體的壞境中（該要求與其他設(shè)備一致，當(dāng)然如果條件達(dá)不到少爭(zhēng)取無(wú)腐蝕性氣體，畢竟設(shè)備中有電線以及管路這些配件抗腐蝕性不高）。
1. The two-component glue applicator equipment shall be installed in a dry, dust-free and corrosive gas free environment (this requirement is consistent with other equipment. Of course, if the conditions are not met, at least strive for no corrosive gas. After all, there are wires and pipelines in the equipment, and the corrosion resistance of these accessories is not high).
2、室內(nèi)溫度更好控制在10～40度的室內(nèi)堅(jiān)硬地面上，地面應(yīng)水平度要好。（小編這里說(shuō)的地面水平度要好不一定要非常的平整才行，我們的設(shè)備在設(shè)計(jì)之初已經(jīng)考慮到了地面復(fù)雜性的因素所以對(duì)地面平整度是有相當(dāng)大的忍讓度的，只要不是幅度提別的大一般都可以正常工作。）
2. The indoor temperature shall be better controlled on the indoor hard ground of 10 ~ 40 degrees, and the ground shall be better leveled（ The ground levelness mentioned here must be very flat. Our equipment has taken into account the complexity of the ground at the beginning of the design, so we have a great tolerance for the ground levelness. As long as the range is not higher, it can generally work normally.)
3、雙組份打膠機(jī)安裝之前，應(yīng)先檢查是否有因運(yùn)輸、搬動(dòng)造成的變形、損壞和緊固件松動(dòng)情況，之前就曾經(jīng)有客戶在移動(dòng)打膠機(jī)的過(guò)程中把設(shè)備的智能控制系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)零部件碰掉了而導(dǎo)致設(shè)備無(wú)法正常運(yùn)行，我們的工作人員到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后才排查出的原因。
3. Before installing the two-component glue applicator, we should first check whether there is deformation, damage and fastener looseness caused by transportation and moving. Previously, a customer knocked off a part of the intelligent control system of the equipment in the process of moving the glue applicator, resulting in the failure of normal operation of the equipment. Our staff found out the reason after arriving at the site.
4、我們可以根據(jù)地面平整度的實(shí)際情況來(lái)通過(guò)調(diào)整設(shè)備的可升降地腳螺栓來(lái)調(diào)整設(shè)備的水平度直到設(shè)備水平而穩(wěn)固。然后按圖接線并可靠接地，把氣源接入機(jī)器所配帶的氣源接口，確保無(wú)漏氣現(xiàn)象。
4. Firstly, we can adjust the levelness of the equipment by adjusting the lifting anchor bolts of the equipment according to the actual situation of ground flatness until the equipment is horizontal and stable. Then connect the wiring according to the diagram and reliably ground, and connect the air source to the air source interface equipped with the machine to ensure that there is no air leakage.
5、向油槽中加注液壓油指定位置，46#液壓油（約為50升左右）。
